Bridge Capital is built in five modules that stack. Each one includes everything before it, so you only ever pay for the step you’re on — never for the same module twice.

You submit everything yourself and you approve every word that goes out — we do the finding, the writing and the tracking.
Plans
Three ways to pay, depending on what you need: grant plans (monthly), loan packages (one-time) and tax credits (one-time, per credit). Grant plans are below. Each step includes everything under it.
Once you have a profile, you can see how many grants you may qualify for before you pay. The grants themselves, and who offers each one, come with your plan.
- Grants — Monthly plans. Module 1 starts at $49.99 a month.
- Loans — One-time. $99.99 per loan package for an individual, $999.99 per loan package for a business or nonprofit.
- Tax credits — One-time. $59.99 per tax credit for an individual, $1,499.99 per tax credit for a business.

We search federal, state and local grants and match you to the ones you are most likely to win. Every paid month you get 3 grant applications we write with you, section by section, and the ones you do not use roll over and never expire. You review and submit every application yourself.
Module 2: Compliance & Reporting — $199.99 a month
Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2)
Everything in Module 1, plus what comes after you win. We track every deadline and required document for each award, show what is late or coming up, and draft your funder reports for you to review and send.
Module 3: Impact & Outcomes Tracking — $399.99 a month
Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2) + Impact (Module 3)
Everything in Modules 1 and 2, plus proof your work mattered. Record your real results as they happen, see them program by program, and generate funder-ready impact reports from those entries only. We never invent a number.
Already won funding you need managed?
If you’re bringing grants you’ve already been awarded, these are the plans for you. They cost more per month because the setup work happens outside a grant cycle — that’s built into the monthly price, and there is no separate onboarding fee on top of it.

There’s no entry-level option on this path: managing awards you already hold needs the compliance tooling, so Module 2: Compliance & Reporting (External Path) is the starting point.
Portfolio Command Center (Module 4) — $599.99 a month
Every grant you manage on one screen — what’s due, what’s spent, and what each funder is still expecting from you. Includes Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2) + Impact (Module 3) + Portfolio Command Center (Module 4), so it replaces a module subscription rather than sitting on top of one.
Audit Readiness (Module 5) — Starting at $7,999 a year — we'll confirm your exact price with you before anything is billed.
If you spend $1M or more in federal awards in a year, you need a Single Audit. We keep your records ready for it all year rather than assembling them in a panic afterwards. Includes Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2) + Impact (Module 3) + Portfolio Command Center (Module 4) + Audit Readiness (Module 5). We’ll confirm your exact price with you before anything is billed — it’s priced per organization and scales with your awards.
Separate from the grant plans above: SEFA-Only
One standalone service: we prepare your Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and hand it to you, ready for your auditor.
$3,000–$6,000 a year, set by the size of your federal awards.
This is not a plan and not a cheaper version of Audit Readiness (Module 5). It includes no platform access at all — no grant matching, no application writing, no compliance tracking, no dashboard. If you want your records kept audit-ready all year and the platform that goes with it, that’s Audit Readiness (Module 5) above. If you just need the one report prepared, this is it.
Loan plans — one-time, no subscription
We find the loan and financing programs in our catalogue that fit you, then write the full application package for each one. You review it and send it to the lender yourself. We never promise a loan will be approved. That is the lender’s decision. You pay once per package. Nothing renews, and a package you have not used stays yours until you use it.
Once you have a profile, you can see how many loans you may qualify for before you buy a package. The loan matches themselves, and where each loan comes from, come with your package.

Nonprofits are matched only to programs we have confirmed are open to nonprofits.
Tax credit plans — one-time, per credit
We help you find tax credits that may fit you, then write the draft paperwork for one credit at a time, step by step. You read it, change what you want, and file it yourself or with a tax professional. Bridge Capital never files a return or claims a credit for you, and we do not promise you will get any credit. You pay once per credit. Nothing renews, and a credit you have not used stays in your balance.

- Individual — 1 tax credit: $59.99 per tax credit
- Business — 1 tax credit: $1,499.99 per tax credit
- Nonprofit — 1 tax credit: Not available yet
