Bridge Capital is built in five modules that stack. Each one includes everything before it, so you only ever pay for the step you’re on — never for the same module twice.

Already won funding you need managed?
If you’re bringing grants you’ve already been awarded, these are the plans for you. They cost more per month because the setup work happens outside a grant cycle — that’s built into the monthly price, and there is no separate onboarding fee on top of it.
Module 2: Compliance & Reporting (External Path) — $259 a month

There’s no entry-level option on this path: managing awards you already hold needs the compliance tooling, so Module 2: Compliance & Reporting (External Path) is the starting point.
Portfolio Command Center (Module 4) — $599 a month
Every grant you manage on one screen — what’s due, what’s spent, and what each funder is still expecting from you. Includes Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2) + Impact (Module 3) + Portfolio Command Center (Module 4), so it replaces a module subscription rather than sitting on top of one.
Audit Readiness (Module 5)
If you spend $1M or more in federal awards in a year, you need a Single Audit. We keep your records ready for it all year rather than assembling them in a panic afterwards. Includes Grants (Module 1) + Compliance (Module 2) + Impact (Module 3) + Portfolio Command Center (Module 4) + Audit Readiness (Module 5).

Separate from all of the above: SEFA-Only
One standalone service: we prepare your Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and hand it to you, ready for your auditor.
$3,000–$6,000 a year, set by the size of your federal awards.
This is not a plan and not a cheaper version of Audit Readiness (Module 5). It includes no platform access at all — no grant matching, no application writing, no compliance tracking, no dashboard. If you want your records kept audit-ready all year and the platform that goes with it, that’s Audit Readiness (Module 5) above. If you just need the one report prepared, this is it.

Grant funding needs an organization to pay it to. If you don’t have one yet, we file the paperwork and get you incorporated — then the modules above pick up from there.
- For-Profit Formation (LLC or Corporation) — $200 flat service fee, plus your state’s filing costs
- Individual / Sole Proprietor Registration — $75 flat service fee, plus your state, county or city filing costs
- Nonprofit Formation — approximately $400 total for a typical small organization using IRS Form 1023-EZ
- Religious/Spiritual Organization Formation — approximately $525-$675 total, depending on state
Government filing fees are passed through to you at cost — we don’t mark them up. Totals are approximate because your state sets its own fees.
